Exit Forms for Departing Families.
We love to have your children
and you as part of our community but if you have to leave the school,
in the interests of further improving the education available at
Imhoff, families who leave the school are be asked to please complete a
questionnaire that requests information about the reasons why they are
removing their child/children from the school. This forms is available
at Jenny's Office.
Thank for completing this form, whose main aim is to improve our school.
