We are looking for a part time Estate Manager to oversee the operations and upkeep of our school property.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of groundskeeping management, operations and staff. Experience in a school would be an advantage
- Leadership and project management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a team
Duties:
- Management of grounds and cleaning staff
- Evaluate and manage all maintenance and equipment
- Manage the upkeep and expansion of facilities, buildings and grounds
- Manage an annual budget and maintenance plan
- Overseeing, maintain and monitor the functioning of all operation systems and facilities
- Compliance and Health and Safety Officer
- First Aider
- Reporting to the Board of Managers and College of Teachers
