We are looking for a part time Estate Manager to oversee the operations and upkeep of our school property.


  • Experience and knowledge of groundskeeping management, operations and staff. Experience in a school would be an advantage
  • Leadership and project management abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a team



  • Management of grounds and cleaning staff
  • Evaluate and manage all maintenance and equipment
  • Manage the upkeep and expansion of facilities, buildings and grounds
  • Manage an annual budget and maintenance plan
  • Overseeing, maintain and monitor the functioning of all operation systems and facilities
  • Compliance and Health and Safety Officer
  • First Aider
  • Reporting to the Board of Managers and College of Teachers
