Talents is part of a revolutionary and green Community Exchange System where people pay for services with Talents instead of Rands. Once you become a member you can go onlne and search for activities or services, such a lawyer or counsellor or photographer, and then employ them using talents rather than rands.
In order to be able to pay Talents you would also need to offer a service on the Exchange which other people in the network can pay you Talents for.
