As children of the Primary School returned to school on Tuesday, their confidence was apparent.
Running legs were put to the test, trees were climbed and voices projected across the playground as games were coordinated with gusto. The Big Tree swing, lonely over the holidays, received much attention – does it ever lose appeal?
Break time welcomed the chance to ask friends not seen over the holiday the burning questions not expressed in the quiet of assembly and class time.
Chills not felt in the comfort of home reached us from the nearby Atlantic ocean – without indoor passageways we cannot disconnect from the elements. May our children and the wider school community prosper this Term.
